Run for Your Lives 5K Obstacle Course: Stay fit and stay alive

Wonder if you have what it takes to survive a zombie apocalypse? The Run for Your Lives 5K Obstacle Course is a great way to find out, while having fun at the same time.

Part 5k, part obstacle course, and part zombie apocalypse, it looks like it will be awesome.

I would love to do this if it was an aqua-bike. I have done one short sprint triathalon and had a ton of fun.

I noticed they are now showing commercials for this run during The Walking Dead! Nice tie-in!

I just dropped a line to the Run for your Lives ppl that The Zombie Workout is trucking along and I wouldn't mind putting a logo in there if they wanted to do some joint pimping.

That's a pretty bold move...I like it!
